💰 Refund Policy

No Fee at Submission: Publication fee is charged only after paper acceptance. No payment is required at the time of submission.

After Acceptance — Before Publication

Once accepted and payment is made, the fee is non-refundable as editorial and production work begins immediately.

Technical Rejection After Payment

If a paper is rejected after payment due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.

Author Withdrawal After Payment

If an author withdraws after payment, no refund is issued unless the withdrawal is due to an error on the journal's part.

Duplicate Payment

In case of accidental duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days upon written request.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI / NEFT / Bank Transfer). To request a refund, email editor@kgpublication.com with your paper ID and payment details.
