Visit the Submit Paper page on your journal's website. Download the paper format template, prepare your manuscript, and complete the online submission form with your abstract, keywords, and a signed copyright form. No fee is required at submission.
Q2.What is the publication fee / Article Processing Charge (APC)?

For Indian authors the fee is ₹1,000 and for international authors it is USD 50. The fee is charged only after your paper is accepted — there is absolutely no charge at submission.
Q3.How long does the peer review process take?

Papers undergo double-blind peer review by two independent subject-area experts. The review process typically takes 2–4 weeks. You can track your paper's status at any time using your Paper ID on the Track Paper page.
Q4.How can I check the status of my submitted paper?

Visit the Track Paper Status page and enter your Paper ID or registered email address. The system will display your paper's current stage in real time.
Q5.Are KG Publication journals indexed / UGC approved?

Indexing and approval status varies per journal. Please check the header section of your respective journal's homepage for current indexing databases and approval information.
Q6.How do I upload the payment receipt after my paper is accepted?

Once your paper is accepted you will receive an acceptance letter with payment details. After making the payment, visit the Upload Payment Receipt page and submit your transaction screenshot or bank receipt.
Q7.How can I get my e-Certificate of Publication?

After your paper is published, visit the Track Paper page and enter your Paper ID to download your e-Certificate of Publication instantly, free of charge.
Q8.Can I submit a paper with multiple authors / co-authors?

Yes. The online submission form allows you to add co-authors with their names, affiliations, and email addresses. One author must be designated as the corresponding author.
Q9.What types of papers does KG Publication accept?

All KG Publication journals accept original unpublished research articles, review articles, case studies, and survey papers within their respective subject disciplines. Submitted papers must not be simultaneously under review elsewhere.
Q10.How can I join the Editorial Board as a reviewer?
